Wax Insignia.Com is a division of our parent company, Freund-Mayer & Co., which was founded in 1945 by a young German immigrant, who came to New York and began importing Wax Seal & Stationery products from European artisans into the American market. Over the years, the company grew and evolved into an established gift wholesaler and on-line retailer, covering not only the American market, but also export markets  throughout the rest of the world. 

 Today, through 3 generations of  different families, our family business has grown and evolved into  the most comprehensive and inventive source for Sealing Wax & other related Accessories on the American market.  Our newest brand, Hand Cast Wax Insignia Jewelry has already found a large following and success among all types of consumers, age groups, style setters and retail establishments.

General Wholesale Terms

  • All Retailers (brick & mortar) or other (non internet) business within the United States or other countries , please register below by filling out our wholesale appliction..
  • We do NOTsell to website-only businesses without our specific approval. All alternative accounts such as home-based businesses and non-store web businesses are approved on a case by case basis only, and may be subject to additional terms of purchase at our sole discretion. We may request additional documentation to verify your wholesale status, such as copies of your resale certificate or other infiormation we deem necessary.
  • We do not permit the sale of our products and the use of our images on internet-only websites without our express written consent.
  • Copyright Notice: All of our designs are copyrighted and their use without our express written approval and permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Please provide your  Resale Tax Certificate ID #, unless you are non-US.
    • Once you have registered, your information will be submitted to us for approval of your wholesale account.
     
    Account Approval will be emailed to you within 1 business day or less, at which time you can view our wholesale pricing and order right on-line.After this initial registration, you will always be able to order online or view the status of your orders by going to the "LOGIN" section at the top right of the home page.
    Also, don't forget to visit the other pages of our wholesale section with many other pertinent details for our retail store clients.
