We are happy to serve our International Customers
and GLADLY ship all over the world on a daily basis!
 Countries Served: Please note that we ship to most countries with some exceptions due to service limitations by the Postal Service or issues with our credit card provider.  In some cases, Priority Mail service may be available, but not Express Service.We reserve the right to reject any order that is not deemed servicable within the postal guidelines or that are rejected by our credit card processing company and we will contact any client whose order cannot be shipped within the requested service level.
 

Please note:When you enter your Shipping Information during the check-out process, you will find a drop downlist of the major countries we serve. If your country is not shown in the drop down list, please choose "Other-Not Shown"..

What are my payment choices?
 
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options:
 
Domestic Customers: We accept all major Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as Paypal. You may also place your order and choose Payment by Check or Money Order as a Payment option. If you select this option, the system will give you instruction on where to send your payment after you press "Submit your order". Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you, and that all personal check orders are held up for processing until the check has cleared.
 
International Customers:  We accept all major Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as Paypal.  
Other Conditions for International Customers:
  • Customs Clearance: Please note that you will be responsible for all Customs Duties and charges that may be assessed.  These vary depending on the value of the order, the shipping method and your country's Customs rules and regulations. Please contact the agency in your country for the details.  
  • Currency Conversion: Credit Card charges for such orders will be converted at the prevailing rate used by the credit card company. If you require information on these rates, please contact your credit card company. 
  • Return Policy on International Orders: Please note that International Orders are considered firm and not cancellable or returnable. If you have a claim due to damage or deficiency, we will do our best to resolve this issue. In most cases, if the claim is accepted by us due to our fault, we will issue credit only for the merchandise, but we will not replace the merchandise. If the damage occurs en route, we will file a claim with the carrier, and we will advise you as to how they will resolve this. Such claims can take 60-90 days to resolve. In no cases can merchandise be returned for credit.
  • What are my International Shipping Charges?
      Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Here are our rates:

    Intl. Priority (5-10 days transit time)
    Our system will automatically apply the lowest rate possible to your order. However, if your order exceeds this maximum size or weight, we will adjust the freight charge on your order upon shipping to $30
    Packages to 2 lbs or smaller than  8" $15.00
    Larger than 2 lbs
    $30.00
     
    Intl. Express (3-5 days transit time)
    Packages to 2 lbs or smaller than  8"-$35.00

     Our standard United States Postal Service  flat-fee  shipping options apply to most countries.
     When checking out your order, if your country of service is not shown on the drop down menu, please select "Other-Not Shown". 
     
    More Info:
    Transit Times Quoted: Please note that all transit times are estimates, and are not guaranteed arrival times by either  us or the Post Office. While most packages are delivered within this time frame, there are occasional delays and exceptions, sometimes related to Customs clearance.
