Order Status
Has my order shipped?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. Please note that you can only view your order's and status within our system, if you set up an account with your email address and password when you placed your order. If you did not do so and you checked out anonymously, you will not be able to access your order within your account, because an account was not created by you.In such a case, please contact us via email info@waxinsignia.com   and request an updated status of your order, if you did not already receive an electronic shipping notice, containing your tracking number.
 
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
 
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. However, you can only track your order within our system if you originally set up an Account with a Password when you first placed your order. If you did not do so, the system will not be able to locate your order. In this case, please send us an email to info@waxinsignia.com referencing your order # and requesting tracking information.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. You can only do so within our system, if you set up an account with a password when you first placed your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your package either shows a status of "delivered", but you did not receive your package, or if your package for some reason shows lost en route (which happens very rarely) please contact us by sending email to info@waxinsignia.com , referencing your order number and describing your problem. We will start an investigation of your situation promptly and will contact back with our results within 1-2 business days.
An item is missing from my shipment.

If you have not received any package at all, Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.  If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm the status of your packages. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", but you did not receive anything, please follow the instructions on our Returns/Claims page by clicking here.

What is your policy on Out of Stock or Back-ordered items?
  Each Product Page within our website displays the Product Availability. If an item is out of stock, this will be posted on each item with an expected (approximate) ship date. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will generally notify you upon receipt of the order and give you the option of either holding the order until it is complete or back-ordering the missing item. Backordered items will incur an additional expense to ship the back-order. You may also wish to put any specific shipping instructions in the comment memo at the very end of your order.

When will my order ship?
 
Our general order processing time is 1-3 Business Days, excluding weekends or holidays. We offer a variety of expedited order processing & shipping options at check out (also see our Shipping Rates Page for more information).  Ground Express and Air orders are always shipped  on the next business day.
 
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item . Out of stock items are identified on these pages, as well as Custom items, which have a longer processing time.
 
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
